Free Worldwide Shipping
Guess what? We ship to any destination in the world for free – how cool is that?
Order Processing
- Ready To Ship Orders: We hustle to ship these within 5 business days.
- Not Shipped Right Away? No worries! We'll make sure your order gets to you within the timeframe you selected at checkout. If we need to upgrade shipping to meet that timeframe, we’ve got it covered.
Business Days
- Shipping Schedule: We take a break on weekends and national holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3 PM GMT on weekdays or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Shipping Options
- Free Ground Shipping: Expect your delivery within 8 - 12 business days.
- Premium Shipping: Get your goodies in 5 - 7 business days.
- Quick Note: Overnight or two-day shipping isn’t on our menu right now.
Handmade Goodies
All our products are lovingly handmade in small batches. Sometimes, this means a bit of a wait. We’ll let you know on the product page and in your order confirmation email if there’s a delay. We promise it’ll be worth it!
Large Items
Big stuff? No problem. We ship most large items through DHL/FedEx or USPS just like our regular items. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s ready.
Tracking Your Order
Wondering where your package is? Check the tracking info we emailed to you. This email is separate from your order confirmation, so keep an eye out! You can also find tracking details on your orders page.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally for free! However, you might be responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply based on your location. Unfortunately, we can't provide quotes for these fees as they vary by country. These fees are calculated based on the value of your order and are collected prior to delivery according to local regulations.
Return Policy
Give It a Go
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
Refunds
Prefer a refund? We can do that too, though some fees may apply. Once we process your return, we’ll issue your refund, minus a $55 restocking fee.
- Why the Restocking Fee? This fee helps us keep our prices fair and support our artisan partnerships. It covers the cost of shipping items back and managing our inventory. Plus, it helps fund our initiatives to reduce waste, recycle, and donate wherever we can.
Cancellation :
Customs & Import Taxes :
Buyers may need to pay customs and import taxes, except for shipments to the USA, which are duty-free. Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
